F. Ball Styccobond F40 is a synthetic polymer emulsion which provides a dual bond system, for use with carpets and underlay. The adhesive is solvent free, water based and can be used to create a permanent or peelable bond. It is also suitable for use with underfloor heating.

Permanent bond can be achieved by laying the floorcovering into the wet adhesive, where peelable bond is created by allowing the adhesive to dry completely before laying. This allows the carpet or underlay to be lifted without significantly damaging the floorcovering or subfloor.
